Warranty Policy
1. The radio can be swapped a new unit within 7days if any issues caused by manufacturer. Any return radio must be coming with original full package and parts in good condition.
2. Jumper provides two years warranty from the date of purchase. Customer should bear the shipping cost and we don’t accept the return if the radio is unofficially modified or any change in original design.
3. Any radio exceed the warranty period Jumper still provide service and parts. Please call for our after service team for enquiry. Or if you have any problem and question in operating the radio. You may send email to support@jumper.xyz for assistance.
